Product Overview: The UC 216 Insert Ball Bearing
The UC 216 is a robust and widely used insert ball bearing, a key component in our UC 200 Series. With a bore diameter of 80mm, an outer diameter of 140mm, and a width of 82.6mm, this bearing is designed for straightforward installation into various types of bearing housings. It features a spherical outer ring that allows it to accommodate initial static misalignment when mounted in a corresponding housing, such as a pillow block or flange unit. The UC 216 secures to the shaft using two set screws, providing a simple yet reliable locking mechanism suitable for many industrial applications.
As a leading supplier of insert ball bearings and mechanical parts, we ensure our UC 216 bearings are pre-lubricated and sealed, ready for immediate deployment. This design protects the internal components from contaminants, ensuring a long and reliable service life in demanding environments like agriculture and material handling.
